Just a quick article I need to write today which I faced an issue one of my client need to add Stranded SSD drive as E:\ unfortunately in that Azure windows 2016 server already reserved his DVD drive as a E:\ . So I research on that and found simple power-shell script to change the drive letter. Here you go:
In this power-shell I change DVD E:\ drive letter to B:\
